Deine Aufgaben

Als Chatbot Engineer bist du für die Umsetzung der Chatbots unserer Kund:innen auf der botario-Plattform verantwortlich. Vom Konzept bis zum fertig implementierten Bot – du begleitest und übernimmst die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der Chatbots. Dabei wendest du die neuesten State-of-the-Art KI-Technologien an.

Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Chat- und Voicebots für unsere Kund:innen
Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt, dabei arbeitest du mit botario, unserer Chatbot-Management-Plattform und mit dem Rasa Stack
Du legst fest, wie die gewünschten Prozesse in Dialogform umgesetzt werden können und erstellst die benötigten Inhalte für den Chatbot
Du entwickelst bei Bedarf die Anbindung an die Systemlandschaft der Kund:innen

Dein Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder der Entwicklung von Chatbots, idealerweise hast du dabei bereits mit Rasa gearbeitet
Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python
Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst dabei Probleme analytisch und strukturiert an
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und mit agilen Methoden

Your tasks

As Chatbot Engineer you are responsible for the implementation of our customers' chatbots on the botario platform. From the concept to the final implemented bot - you will accompany and take over the development, optimization and enhancement of the chatbots. Therefore you apply the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies.

You develop customized chatbots and voicebots for our customers.
You will be involved in the development from conceptualization to go-live, working with botario, our chatbot management platform and with the Rasa stack
You determine how the desired processes can be implemented in dialog form and create the required content for the chatbot
You develop the connection to the customer's environment if required

Your profile

A successfully completed university degree or comparable education
You already have professional experience in software development or the development of chatbots, ideally you have already worked with Rasa in the process
You have very good programming skills in Python
You think in a solution-oriented manner and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
You like to work in a team and with agile methods
